John Bradley and Keith Brown have been joined by:

• Ian Pearce, as Managing Director, formerly MD of Arrowcroft Group plc, Sheewater Property Holdings plc, London General Property Ltd, and CEO, London Amsterdam Property Ltd (2003 became ING Real Estates Development UK Ltd)
• Geoff Button, an unaffiliated Director of Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE:DRE), as a Director
• Nigel MacGregor representing FreeMarketGLOBAL and Adrian Nash Associates as a Director.

With backing from a combination of financial institutions, private investors, and with access to significant international funds, our strategy is to identify and acquire sizeable corporate opportunities with a high property element.
